HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR THE SEMINAR?

Your Digital Textbook will be provided to you upon registration. It may be helpful for you to have perused the topics we will be covering prior to the Seminar. Your book is a great resource, but we do not expect you to have read the contents in entirety beforehand.

Please have note paper and writing instruments as you’ll probably want to take some of your own notes to compliment your textbook.

Please choose a space where you are least likely to be disturbed. If you are planning to participate from your work office, it is helpful to advise your staff of your need to focus in order to avoid unnecessary interruptions.

Last but not least, please relax! We can learn quite well without stress. You will be learning a lot and enhance your understanding of Alzheimer’s Disease and other types of Dementia through an inter-active and participatory format.

What to wear

Attire is casual for all seminars. Please dress comfortably for the day-long session.

Dressing in layers is recommended, as classroom temperatures will vary.
